Russia Transit Data and Cross-Border Freight Statistics
This section covers goods moved through the Russian Federation under the customs-transit procedure. The historical dataset was formed at the EAEU external borders and supported analysis of:
- cargo transiting through Russia;
- movement from a border crossing to an inland customs office;
- movement from an inland customs office to the point of exit;
- movements between inland customs offices before declaration completion;
- movements between EAEU customs offices through third countries.
These data are used to analyse routes, cargo flows, logistics chains and the competitive environment.
